Iconic 1980’s film director John Hughes once said, “It takes a lot of hard work to get lucky.” Ain’t that the truth? My hard work handed me a lucky spot with the Anheuser-Busch account at DDB. I created commercials for Budweiser and Bud Light that aired during the Super Bowl, the Emmys, and Monday night football. They sure made people laugh (and often times wince). I was art director and co-writer of all spots featured below.
